i want to know what would happen if say i bought a ticket planning to go but it ends up i cannot make it and my number was drawn?

The prime objective is for an atendee to win so its primarily open to PL members attending. scond to that to acheive enough ticket sales it will be open to uk PL members, then next the world.....
