Mamba Black and DAC

i need mamba but i don't need the dac. does anyone have it that doesn't want it?

I may be mistaken - I'll find out when the package arrives!! - but if it's anything like the Laserworld software, it's dongled to the DAC so you need both in order to run the software. Please correct me if i'm wrong!

OK, I was wrong, now I've looked on the Medialas website, looks like the dongle for Mamba is separate from the DAC. (not so for Laserworld software, which has the dongle built into the DAC)).

Doesn't make sense that it would be tied to the DAC since it is supposedly supposed to be able to work with any DAC as long as you provide a driver that is compatible. I think it is tied to a USB dongle. At least that is my understanding.
