There are rumors, that in an attempt to snag a cheap flight to Germany; he packaged himself up as a faulty projector and mailed himself to Laserworld HQ.

His first mistake was to use UPS his second mistake needs no explanation.

Rumor has it; that he now resides in a warranty returns warehouse covered in dust, un opened complaints letters, harbouring many broken bones and an I.V. in his arm, draining the milliwatts from his very soul.

I also very very (maybe most)interesting to know what the lasers working now?
it is still burning?
I did contact with Chuck many times, also here some others help me contact him too, but all of us never had result.
Anyone can help us?

What was this guys story anyway? I heard he ran off with some super expensive diode and was about to bankrupt a guy.... killed the diode and then dropped off the face of the earth, or something to that effect.

If you ever decide to test another module till death, my closet door is always open

Isn't there anyone that could pay him a visit just to know whar REALLY happened? There are a lot of rumours going around but it is never black and white. I think a lot of us are curious.

I might be one of the closest members and have thought about it, but I also want to respect the man's privacy as he has never done me wrong; although part of me wants to make the trip just to make sure he is well. Chuck was a valued member and a great guy from the talks we have had; his presence is missed for many reasons.

Sometimes there is a reasonable explanation.
I disappeared for a while, nothing sinister. There again I didn't owe anybody anything.
