it has to be said the last meet was so so good. it was so friendly, i spoke to every single person at the event.

everyone was so helpful and everyone looked at everyones kit. my kit was pretty naff but people still came over to have a look and give me tips and say good job.

it was a day to remember

Last time many people mucked in shifting kit - mostly my kit - up the stairs. So Im asking for volunteers - not specifically for lugging gear but just helping out with anything really. If you dont have kit please enjoy the lasers but also please lend a hand for anyone in need.

Im happy to lug tables, lug equipment, tape down cables, secure pipework...properly! (helps prevent flooding rob ...lol) occasionaly check around to ensure cables arnt melting, and anythin to help get set up quickly without comprimising ALL our safety.
Whilst everyone will want to be doing their stuff and milling around looking at each others kit, Im happy to have ago at doin sounds...( I can bring 2 Gemini spks , 250 watts, amp, twin cd players mixers, whatever!) Also happy to do foggers and anything else required. Just YELL and if ican do it i will !

The sounds are an important aspect for me so the inclusion of some sound equipment is a blessing.

Shall I bring my Glenn Miller CD's?

Ooooh yes! and a bit of Frank Sinatra
But seriously if people want to bring Cd's or Mp3s we can load onto my laptop. If we got leads long enough Im sure we could hook up the amp to peoples own kit when/if they want play a show with sound. Last time coz Rob nicked all the power we had no sounds but this time will be cool

    No no no Andy....

Start with Trance, Vocal Trance, Techno, Hard Dance (maybe!), Future Synthpop to wake everyone up, then Drum n bass, Euro Dance, House, Soulful house, Goa -Psy Trance (as the sun goes down) a few Dj mixes Tiesto etal followed by a little Lounge music and Ambient as the clock pushes towrd midnight....but Im not really into Hard House

Actually we'l just stick to Glen eh!

Hey Andy if you do end up in the car park at least you will be with the laserscope

    Rob

PS - never admit to owning the spice girls - do not pass go do not collect £200
If you need to ask the question 'whats so good about a laser' - you won't understand the answer.
