laser collimator telescope help

i am building a 1.2w 650nm laser unit i will need to collimate the 6 output beams
with as little loss as poss and try to get good beam specs should i use just a couple of achromatic lenses or buy beam xpander and use it backward or a proper collimating telescope theres a few kicking around on ebay
or would lenses from binoculars or a regular telescope work?
hope someone can help me make a choice
