OK, How stupid do I feel?

James at Laser Visuals kindly had a look at the wheel.

It looks like it had a knock in transit, damned posties..

The wheel had been pushed too far down the shaft on the motor. The result being that the magnet on the wheel assembly was snagging on the sensor of the motor body.
