From past experience its matters not how good/bad/sophisticated/powerful/profesional your laser is we all want to see. Thats what I love about the meets the sheer variety of work to reach the same ends - its so fascinating and interesting to see the ingenuity of the members.
Bring what you got! We will all appreciate it for what it is.
I am looking forward to this meet soooooo much

The main reason we are all here is because we love the coherent light.
Anytime we can see it, we don't really look (that hard) at what's producing it. Of course, we like the projector pics too, but give us the light!!

Sorry for not getting to you sooner. Life is frantic and weird at the moment.

I have a meeting tonight with the owner of the new venue Karl spoke of. I will get availability from him and let you all know. It very near leicester squre and has plenty of nearby parking .

Please bear with me, as my week has been less than good so far , and it's not over yet !

Look forward to seeing everyone again , and hopefully some new faces.

Hi Guys

Sorry again , but I couldn't get to the meeting with the new venue owner.

As one or two of you know, I was attacked on my way home from work a few days ago , and it has caused some disruption to my life .

Hopefully I can get my head back together ( in more ways than one ) and get on with things , but at the moment things are a bit stressed.

I'll let you know as soon as I talk to the owner.

I am still quite new to all this and I'd love to attend to that event and I have manage to find the date in this thread. It might be 10th of August,right?! But I can not find where is it supposed to be!
What time,how much,where,..
Any chance to get some reasonable info?

Keep an eye on the thead it will develop as time goes on. The first 2 meets were held in Leicester - not perfect for all but reasonably central. Up to now we have been very lucky in that the venue has been free but we are in flux at the moment as Mark (Fluff) who organised the venue last 2 times will not be able to get us into the same venue this time - however he is working on another one nearby so we should still be in Leiester. And yep 10th August it is.
I will be there and if Feb is anything to go by so will about 30 others! Well worth the trip no matter where you hail from
