shit.... jem you are spot on ... the upgrade is a way better deal than what bill did before .....

    LD2000 pro is $6995 = about £3500

    trade in robs £330 QM32 and LD2000 pro = $2495 = about £ 1250

Jimbo ... have you any more qm32s you want to sell

this will definately push the price of the used boards up its worth paying more for a QM32 than it is a new LD2000 intro

Bill .... i take my hat off to you .... you are a clever, clever man ....
a great bit of marketing and strategy .... and it will pay off big time
this will remove all the old technology from the marketplace and
give you less hassle in providing support for obsolete electronics
which can be a time consuming costly practice. well done

    all the best ... Karl

Youre not wrong there Karl - and thats exactly what Im worried about. Ive been shaking that dang piggy bank to buggery this morning - so far Ive raised 18p a shirt button, a half eaten digestive biscuit (chocolate mind) and a ball of fluff....I think I have some way to go.

Anyway I know you are all gonna say 'I told you so' but you boys were right. SnapOn tools have a slogan 'there is a difference' and I think that says it all.

now if i sell the cat and pawn the silverware......

How about if you sell all of your lasers, then you can easilly upgrade your Pangolin without touching the piggy bank

Cheers DZ - I have to say im pretty pleased & I cant stop tinkering with it - I could spend the next 3 months making abstracts alone!
I have seen the 'creation' show on vid many times but have never seen it played on a laser, so I have watched it over about half a dozen times - its stunning - and im not really into graphics shows - give me a good beam show anyday.
Anyhow lots more to discover and learn and then I will start putting some shows together.
