how many mW to "beat" a searchlight?

It is so cool, is that only 1.5W green laser can make it that way? If we use 5W or 10W green one, how it will be like?

This girl is saying about the logo being projected on a mountain 2,5 kilomiters away, on a mountain size screen. The laser is a 10watt 532nm and very good collimation. Its projecting on trees and also is a slight mist in the air. No idea why the image is flickery the original one was clean and statick.
