I`m now tired of my RGB scanner in my wooden box.
I`m now totally re-building my scanner from the beginning !
My old scanner had: Red lasers first, blue, then green..
This is what my NEW RGB scanner will have :
¤ total of 900mW analog White Laser DPSS
¤ DT-40 Scanners
¤ 16 Adjustable Bounce Beam mirrors
¤ Replace position of lasers (more blue output)
¤ 10mm Alu base plate
¤ ILDA in \ out connector
¤ Inside Case laser Temp LCD
Well that is what I know so far..
I dont post any pictures here on the forum (take to long time from Norway)
But I`m EVERYDAY update pictures from my Phone directly into my blog
So if you want to se my project getting finnish from start to end,
you can se my blog here: http://www.liteglow.vox.com/
(Day ONE at bottom, and the newest pictures on top...)
I consider to do something new....
To turn the galvo facing UP, to a mirror in 45`angle with adjustment...
Then I got the beam higher up (more easy to mount the bounce mirros)
and I got a change to adjust the beams 360degree all way around the box if I want..
And I can adjust it Up and down so you dont have to move the damn big laser case everytime you want to adjust it some small inces
plz add some tips and ideas if you have any to share
I`m not done cutting the base plate yet...
( I added a picture of the setup of the Mirrors and galvo, dont look at the lasers)
Thanx
