it does matter, cos the second beam is hitting the back of the mirror.
if i make it so it misses the mirror there is a 2-3mm gap between beams.
ive got 2x 200mw diodes and 2x 300mw diodes.To expand on what Dave said if you make the mirror mount that is closest to the exit aperture the one that is furthest away from its respective laser the mirror thickness will not be an issue for you.
