    Default First surface dental mirror

Can these good enough to be used as reflecting mirrors for all wave length?

I am sure it will work - but I am willing to bet you will lose some of the outter range of the spectrum - so ironically your pricey blue and red photons...

Alltronics had a great set of first surface mirrors a while back that went from ~400nm - and I believe into the infrared range. Here is a similar mirror:

the one I am thinking of was a Melles Griot mirror. I quickly snagged 4 of them and just sold 2 of mine to Karl. There was a thread talking about this recently.

Yes Max sold me the Melles ones and they are supurb ....

i thought my original losses were through my Dichros but after fitting these mirrors i found that was the original mirrors that were to blame, most of the loss was with the blue and red, and i was losing about 50mW of blue

with these melles mirrors im only losing a couple of mW .... cool

    all the best .... Karl

Well, you won't know until you get one and measure the performance.
If the're not suitable for laser use, you could always use them to check your teeth
