If I had to guess, seeing its geographical location as well, I'd have to say Ministry again. The show is very much in their style. I don't see anything obviously excessive in there though as a non expert. The projections were bright but overhead and clearly onto a scrim. The scans looked quite weak in so far as its possible to tell from a video.

I've certainly seen Minstry, Hugo and others do much brighter scanning than that.
