    Did you need 150 mw 636 nm especially?
    It's much cheaper to just buy 20 speed DVD Writers for highpower red diodes (~200mW)

    I wanted 635-636 nm diodes. They're a lot brighter (to the human eye spectrum wavelength sensitivity) than 658-660 nm.
