    Default DB25 splitter?

Can anyone recommend a good source for a splitter cable/box? I've got 3 projectors, one of which has a thru port, but the other 2 will require some sort of splitter to run tham all of the same DAC. Ideally it would be nice to have a 1in 3out box so i'm not forced to use the thru if its not viable, but a 2 way splitter cable may do the job.
    Thanks
    Adam

Its easy to make one with the right stuff

    Get one IDC Female connector

However many projectors your going to use off the one connection get that many IDC Male connectors

get some ribbon cable and an IDC crimper and it only takes a matter of seconds to make one.

Just google IDC connector if you are unfamiliar

Just a suggestion if you are going to make a splitter box up

a simple splitter will consist of a 25 way D connector in and three 25 way D connectors out with each pin daisy chained together

example pin 1 on connector A .... to pin 1 connector B .... to pin 1 on connector C .....and to pin1 on connector D.... same with pin 2

but to give you extra flexibility it may be worthwhile fitting a switch to each of the output connectors to invert the scanner X+ / X- and Y+ /Y- signals on each output

this would allow you to make the left projector and right projector do a Symetrical beam show

also be carefull about ground loops between projectors if they are plugged in at different wall points etc....

    all the best .... Karl

That was just what i was thinking actually, especially as I need to reverse one of my projectors anyway. This might save me having to fiddle around inside the projector.

Just google IDC connector if you are unfamiliar
I know what i'm after, but can't seem to find anywhere online that sells them in the UK. All my Google searches turn up regular db25 plugs/sockets, but not IDC versions. I've searched for db25, dsub, d-sub, but nothing comes to light. Does anyone have a supplier they get theirs from they could let know of?

If your projectors use the interlock pins, you will have to do something about isolating each set of interlock pins for each projector output
