Default Wanted - DMX to Analog converter board

    Hi,

I am looking to buy a new or used Dmx to Analog converter board to control my Poly 20 Diffraction wheel.

The analog voltage needs to be controllable from 0 to 5v maximum.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

According to their Nov 2007 pricelist it's €159 excluding VAT. Might have changed since then, but it should give you an idea about the price.

I'm not sure if these guys will ship overseas or not, but if so, the favorable $$ exchange rate (for you guys, at least!!) might make it worth while!

    Thanks for the replies...

Karl, I contacted Medialas and both Dirk and Elena said it wouldn't work. Which I couldn't understand, as it appears to be exactly what James at Laser Visuals specified. Which board do you use?

Maplin used to make one, but they don't do them any more.

Think I will try your place Stuka, these things seem to be rare as rocking horse sh, yeah well you get what I mean

    Cheers

Hope it works out for you - when I ordered from them, I got VERY quick service, so hopefully your o'seas locale won't cause too much of a delay.

They have a very well designed web site, as well - plenty of info posted about their products, with downloadable (PDF) manuals available for several of their DMX boards. For those new to DMX (like me!), their manuals are also a good "beginner's guide" to proper DMX connections.
