Who says we can't?! Well, at a private event like SELEM anyway! I think SELEM is going to be great this year, you joining us, right?!

    Cool

Features you'll see at SELEM 2008...

    Scrims: Check
    Multiple RGB projectors: Check
    Multiple fog machines: Check
    Awesome sound system: Check

Water screens and/or Fountains: No way. Not in an indoor venue with an all-hardwood floor on-stage.

Coordinated laser displays: Maybe. Depends on what you mean by coordinated. We experimented with this at FLEM back in March with some success. (See the videos on the ustream.tv site.)

The hard part is writing a show that supports two or more projectors in the first place. You sorta need both projectors hooked up to see how it looks while you're writing the show...

Oh what the hell, I'll take care of the water fountain if someone will get the water screen.

I've got a water fountain I could bring... At least it's got colored lights in it (LED's)... No lasers though.

Not exactly a water screen... But at least this one wouldn't damage the stage floor! (It's only about 8 inches high.)

    Simply amazing.

Does anyone know anymore about this show? I have so many questions.

    1) When the woman appears dancing, is that still a laser projection or has it changed to a video projector at that point?

    2) The effects like the rolling wave type effect near the beginning... how is that programmed? The ILDA software I have seen only allows for programming of one static scene after another... is it just many ilda images with one wave peak higher or lower and transitioned between?

    3) What are the specs on that beautiful RGB unit in the center?

    4) Why can't I do something like that
