Okay! I am functional @ 12:47am, projector built in 2 evenings, Catweazle, and a crapy ttl 532. But, at least I can pull off some beams for the show tommorrow! Circuit worked great, have a little ground loop, but I can deal with that!

You could always get a die4drive to go analog for that green.

So one last question, should I be using pin 3 for + , and pin 16 for - blanking? Or should it be pin 3 +, and pin 25 GND on my QM2000 card?

Yep, + and -, 3 and 16, that will get you sorted

Edit: Just reread the thread, Nice work, glad you got it working There are quite a few cheap Chinese lasers like the big dipper one you have, kinda silly circuit design
