MRL is traditionally a CNI number and that looks like CNI to me. CNI as Im sure you know are very good - second only to laserwave
Dunno what the going rate for CNI is but laserwave 650nm at 450mW will be only a little dearer (plus post of course)

Actually, Lasershowparts.com has/had a 800mW 660nm CNI for $695. The beam is pretty bad, but it is the same as that one and has analog modulation. I am not sure if it is still available. It was one of their eBay auctions...
I would think you could find a better deal around if you looked.
