    Default REAL spaghetti

I've somehow managed to get all this junk to work together! Looks like a complete mess right now, but that'll change. So, does anyone else use this dmx board? I'm just curious as to what you may have used for a heat sink? The TO-220 packages are too close together to use any heat sink I've seen. Seems to only option is to run a bar the length of the board.

four things learned the hard way

    the MpU is static sensitive.

    the heatsink is a must

use both silpads to isolate the power opamps AND FLOAT the heatsink from ground

my heat sinks on two units rae 3/8ths AL plate 4" tall by the length of th eunit and floating on nylon mounts Steve

I guess you could say they are still sitting in China, awaiting payment!
