    Default Problem with FB3 USB

    Hi!
I have NEO-NEON RGB Laser with FB3 boarb and FB3 USB controller.
And something happened with laser, my laptop and desktop don't see the laser
But sound activation in stand alone mode is working.
May be problem with USB controller on FB3? ( CY7C68001-56PVXC EZ-USB SX2 High-Speed USB Interface Device)

Have you tried reinstalling the FB3 driver package? This happened to me once also when one of the display applications crashed. I just reinstalled the drivers and all was good then.

    Good luck!

When you connect USB lead what happens in the device manager? It should appear with 'Pangolin USB device' or similar wording. If it says unknown devce when the driver is loaded you may have an issue with the card but before you do anything more check the power to the FB3 is good solid 5V

If you need to ask the question 'whats so good about a laser' - you won't understand the answer.

Are you using external 5v power to the FB3 or bus power from the computer?

Never use both external and bus power at the same time.
