im very pleased to say i had a PM from Mark (Fluff) today to confirm the meet and also to say he is doing much better now.

    10th August 2008

    address of the venue -

    Starlite 2001
    80 Wharf street South
    Leicester
    LE1 2AA

start time will be 10am till ..... whenever we finish.

two things Mark needs to know - numbers going and if we want the bar/tea/coffe /snacks open???

The security and cleaning for the day will be £100, so this will be split between us all.

so please post if you are attending and if your bringing a friend etc...

    cheers

I've also been speaking to Fluff regarding side rooms that are perhaps suitable for offering short seminars. It seems as though there are some available.

I've spoken to Mark (Insanity) and he's prepared to put together a presentation on the workings of Pangolin's LivePRO if anyone's interested. A few of you will no doubt remember Mark from the last meet. He has a superb way of getting his point across and is a great trainer.

What do you think?, is anyone interested?

    Cheers

    Jem

P.S. Mark, you beat me to it by about 30 seconds or so! Perhaps you could elaborate on what you can offer

    Default Live Pro Demo

If there is enough interest, I am happy to do something...

    I guess we could do:

A kind of tour of the workspace
    Projection Zones
    Creating simple animations (not graphics)
    Using the tracks
Live effects, colour cycles, rotations etc

Let me know what you want and I will see what I can come up with

If you need to ask the question 'whats so good about a laser' - you won't understand the answer.
