    Default Power Supply

Hi, I have aquired two laser modules, one a 100mw green, one a 300mw red - each have similar PSU's. They are not identical as I found out when fitting new mains leads.
Has anybody else seen these, and if so do you know what the two pots control?

    Thanks, David

The PGL on the label suggests its a CNI PSU, normally you would expect to see pots for tec (temp) and diode current for the red and xtal tec, diode tec, and diode current pots for the green. It is possible the green has only a single tec in which case they will be diode current and tec control

If you need to ask the question 'whats so good about a laser' - you won't understand the answer.

Laserists do it by the nanometre.
