Default Can someone build be a Soundcard op-amp?

Hi, im rather new too the scene, and want to start work on my projector project.

I have decide to go with the sound card DAC as im on a tight budget.

I can no longer solder due to a problem with my eyes. so i am looking for someone who can build me an Sound Card OP-Amp. I don't know what the best way to go about this is? I guess i can buy the USB Sound Card from ebay then mail it to who ever can do the work for me.

This is the Sound Card as recommended by Drlava:

I am based in the UK. Can someone give me a price of how much it will cost to build the op-amp and connect it to the USB Sound Card.

    Please E-Mail me: opamp@sean1983.com

    Thanks Guys

Just about any sound card made for Dolby 5.1 surround sound will work. If you use a PCI card that fits inside a regular desktop computer, you will save yourself the trouble of having to find +/-12VDC elsewhere.
