Well man and that is not all I can offer....I have some 640nm modules as well, but I will put everything here later when I upgrade a pricelist on my website and get some pictures as well.
By the way they do those Blues in 500mW,1W,2.5W and 3W! Uuuu

the other option is the medialas units, they do 600mw and 1200mw, 3mm beam at 1mrad divergence, £2180 for 600mw, just over £4k for the 1200mw,

If its as good as the 637 red, i will be happy,

That is 447..slightly different from 445 and therefore cheaper (I am not saying 447 isn't nice)

i wasnt putting the kvant units down, i am a big fan, as you know with the 5 watt, wish i could afford the puton upgrade for 3w red+3 watt blue.

    Just another option,

Wonder how much difference 2nm would make, the tolerence in somtimes +/- 2nm anyway isnt it?

I don't think anyone would notice the difference. Besides, have you measured the wavelength of yours with a spectrometer? The wavelength is typically redshifted at higher temperatures/powers.

I saw three very nice RGB projectors using 445nm lasers in action at nature one. I don't know the make or model, but damn that's a pretty blue color. The only problem was that they almost completely drowned in the green light from the two green projectors on the stage. You need a lot of 445nm!
