I just received a blu-ray diode from my favorite gettin place and now have in my hands one of kenom's tubes, dr lava's older driver, and a "150mW" blu-ray diode. I think I need a lense and...assistance.

im guessing you need an aixiz lens and diode press

Eat Sleep Lase Repeat
i have some for sale, it makes putting a diode into the aixiz case very very easy and puts the diode in straight

you dont necessarily need a diode press you can turn the back half of the module around and use that as a press works perfect!
HOLD ON
but it looks like that host is milled to fit a diode right into it?
(the circle in the middle of your pic)
does it also have a lenses? if not you will have a hard time focusing it all in.

The "tube" is one of Kenom's first GB runs. There are threads to hold a lense after you pop the diode in.
good to see you following FULL static precautions there andy

If you need to ask the question 'whats so good about a laser' - you won't understand the answer.

alright if it hold the lense then you could go out and buy a aixiz and use the back half as your press and then the lenses part for this build

andy that thing is 190mW?![]()
That's a good diode from an XBOX.
