    That thing is amazing! I'd love to see it used to do construction work, like a back hoe or a trencher. That would get some looks wouldn't it?

    Though it kinda spoils the illusion the machine is controlled from atop its body. Look on that last image, the bit that is silhouetted against the windows is a pair of seats & controls.

    Default It Lives!

    I have been back in Birkenhead this morning and seen the spider walking around!
    Managed to sneak some pix through the fence though was quite a way away so not as good as I would have liked and there is undergroth in the way - just like the best spy photos
    I have to say though I am marginally disappointed as there is clearly a powered vehicle with a supporting beam hloding the spider up, thus indicating that the legs are only there for effect

    Still looked awesome walking around!
