How the *hell* did I miss this laser video the first time around?

Did you put that show together, Rob? It's *great*! I love the fact that it's a more mellow song, yet it doesn't put you to sleep.

    Damn fine work there, buddy!

As always, all my own Mamba work save the music - which is a top tune by a great band.
It was probably about the 3rd show I ever did with Mamba - it started out as a single colour show and I had to revisit it to put the colour in when I went RGB. I like the show but like most of mine, everytime I watch it I think there are bits I dont like...

Why thankyou - but we are distracting from Troy's Damn fine work talking about my show....

If you need to ask the question 'whats so good about a laser' - you won't understand the answer.

Pretty good even if it was your 30th show!

Indeed we are, and thus far Troy's projector looks very good. He needs to get some red in there though!

I do like the look of an all aluminum case though. And the wiring runs! Much neater than anything I've done...

    “And the wiring runs!”

That from a previous eight year long career of being an electrician

I’ve now been in IT for over eight years and still get told that I’m anal retentive over the way I do data patching on patch frames, and it’s also one of the jobs I hate the most, but nothing annoys me more when people are so lazy to spend two second extra to run a patch lead properly.

Sorry, my anal retentiveness is starting to show

The following pictures are of the computer room patching for one of my clients, Standards Australia, the same organisation responsible for writing the standards for use of Lasers in Australia.

Then this picture is probably going to send you into a fit of rage:

Actually, when I first saw it, I couldn't believe it either. I've seen some messy wiring closets in my time, but this is straight out of IT hell!

Seriously though, your wiring runs are beautiful. OCD or not, I like it!
