All I can say is keep calling...

I tried to get in touch with him to see if he's going to come to FLEM in November. Called 3 times - no answer. Left messages, but never got a call back.

Hell I would just show up at this guys house and be like "HAY YOU NEED TO COME OFF SOME LASERS!!" and I would get the few sets of red's and send them back to you guys.......

....... I mean damn its more then a few dollars

I sent money to chuck for a new single red, almost five months ago .I've heard twice it"s been sent . I think i"m SOL

Geez, I hate to hear things have gotten pretty bad with this. Though it doesn't resolve the lost money issue, the good thing is that you may be able to piece together a nice red laser for rather cheap these days. I know on LPF you can get red diodes that go up to 300mW or more for very cheap (Saw some today for 12 or 13 bucks each). Also, you can get the FlexMod driver from drlava (member here) for only 35 bucks. I haven't tested the FlexMod driver with a red diode yet, I do have one hooked up to a bluray diode (model DT-0811) and I was amazed at how well it worked. I ran the linea show in pangolin (all raster show) and it looked really good.

Hmmm, 660nm .. I'm spoiled on the shorter wavelength red-orangey-er ones now
