wait i think i found a real bug.
i opened the 24but color grid and then tranz it..
picked a frame i liked and i "draw"ed it
when i opened up the "draw.ild" it was all funky...
try it..

so then i reopened the draw.ild and promoted it to true color

same issue

so then I reopened it and i did some best matches.. nothing worked..

i also a got a runtime error when trying to index lit segments with palette

Best match target palette is not working properly...

i spanned the Christmas tree (x) with the default palette and then made the rgy palette the target palette and when i did "best match to target palette" it left a bunch of verts and segs unlit.

best reduce all frames to 1 palette is cool

Black level for palette reduction.. im assuming this is what we were talking about last night about how black is black, but almost black is also black.

What input is it looking for here?? a number im sure, but what number?
