    Cruch,

Tell me, did you get permission from Rupert Morse to put his shows on this web site? If not, then I suggest you immediately remove them.

Remember! Only the person who creates an original work has the right to copy and distribute that work, unless they have indicated otherwise. I am not convinced that the MS:Word document in the Ruper directory contains such permission for people of the world to distribute his works without his permission, and I am definitely not convinced that he has given people permission to export this to the ILDA format for use on other platforms!

When in doubt, refer to ILDA's policy on intellectual property:
    http://www.laserist.org/intellectual-property.htm

    Best regards,

    Thanks Anthony!

I thought I remembered that... Rupert is still around. I occasionally have contact with him, but have not inquired about these shows in a while. I will reach out to him and try to get him to re-release the shows. Originally he was a freelancer, but now I think he is with a company, so his motivations may have changed over the years. Nevertheless, I think there is hope for him to share his shows with others.

    Best regards,

    This was from Rupert Morse!
He also have uploaded the files to Kazaa, free filesharing.

So with this, I uploaded the files to the ftp server.
I dont see any reason i should not share the shows that in firstplace is freebies!

If it was Rupert Morse himself that wrote that the shows are no longer freely available, then I never would shared the Rupert Morse Shows!

    But he didnt

It does seem that once anything has been released into the public domain it's impossible to claim it back.
If the author himself uploaded to Kazaa then that's a pretty good indication of his intention to make them freely available.

Such a shame that they no longer exist "out in the wild" (I spent a few hours trying to track 'em down).
This is probably more due to them being targetted at a niche audience (and hence not too much demand) rather than some attempt to "pull them".

    Just my 2p's worth.

Default Does anyone have the Rupert Morse BudaBar show from ildaswap?

Hi All, I sccidentally deleted my copy of the zip files that were on ildaswap, but then disappeared. I am particularly looking for a copy of BudaBar, if anyone has it.

    Thanks!
