    What I see in that picture is Position sensor linearity error, and the fact that at very large angles, you need tangent correction for your images. Tangent is a fact of physics, and you cannot get away from it.

    It is not the mirrors.

    I dont have time to go into the deflection math today to explain what your seeing,
    but the system is performing normally as designed.

    However, turn on the geometric correction in your control software and use it at large angles.
