1. any idea what the current on the diode is supposed to be?? i think around 20-30A @ ~1.7V but im not sure.

im going to have to try to email him. i have spent the last 7 hours (literally) trying to get some information before i start tweking things! between the sams FAQ page and melles and other documentation im starting to go nuts!
im getting some scatter off of the front of the head. and before i remove the collimator to clean it, i want to make sure i wont screw anything up.
