According to ILDA hardware guidelines, a Class 3b laser should have a keyswitch:

The same ILDA guidelines also say this is based on
IEC 60825-1 and that in Europe compliance with IEC 60825-1 is a requirement for CE marking - from the ILDA guidelines:
Yet your product doesn't appear to comply but is still CE marked.
And worst of all, your an ILDA member and advertise the fact as a selling point:
Maybe some of the other ILDA members on here might like to take this up with ILDA as I understood that ILDA members were supposed to follow a code of conduct regarding sales and safety.
