Is there a way or program which converts animated GIF images into frames/figures?

If you are willing to do a little work, LaserBoy lets you open a bitmap into the background of the view and trace vectors over it. Once you get a feel for it, it goes really fast. It is a bit complicated to get started.

The Moncha software comes with a draw utility that does that as well. It is a free download.
