I am looking for diode mounts that accept 5.6mm diodes and a standard M9 collimator. Can anyone help me or point me in the right direction?
I saw the ones meridith instruments sell, but i think they are a but pricey
thanks in advance

what about aixiz modules?
if you are wanting to go for red you can get some pretty decent glass lenses for them.
but i will say that the glass meredith is a better module for red.
what are you going to be using them for?

The problem with aixiz modules is that they're round, and you can't mount them properly.
You could make a block with a hole for the aixiz, but i doubt the heatsinking would be good and i wouldn't like the look of it too![]()
alright.. well if your willing to also buy a little square heat sink they then become heat sinked and in a square box.
heres a link for a cheap kit that you can use the heat sink out of for the aixiz module

Still not really what I'm looking for
Maybe I'm going to have to have this made for me. (since i do not have a 5.6mm drill or a M9 tap)
you could buy yourself a 5.6mm drill bit maybe
