    I've seen this before, but I didn't think he could carry enough fuel to run the 4 turbines for that long. Let's see - 22 miles, 115 mph, so he's looking at roughly 11 and a half minutes of powered flight. That's a long time when you're carrying all your fuel on your back!

    Hope he makes it though. Sure would be cool...

    it would be cooler if he strapped a liquid sky generator to his back and did it at night..

    i saw a pic on the cover of laserist magazine of a guy doing that.

    they had gotten a lot of power into a pretty small projector,and the guy was flying a powered parasail.
