    Default LaserWave optics line

I recently bought some Laserwave optics.
Amazed by the sheer quality of the products I decided to make some product photo’s.

I don’t have the technical knowledge of some of you or the equipment to test mirror efficiency etc.
I will let the photo’s mostly speak for themselves.

    Laserwaves 3 axis mirror mounts.
Nice fine pitched treads on the dials.
I have experimented with these using the LW dichro’s.
    Beams are easy to align.
The small 15mm hole and beefy design makes placement of the mirror mount critical.
New bigger 25mm mounts should make things more easy, but non the less… with some care these 15mm MMM work fine.

Bridge also send me some 10mm test HR front surface mirrors.
    The finish again is perfect..
No optical or cosmetic flaws what so ever!!!! verry nice
I wish i had a LaserPower meter so i could do some reflective test.
More amazing is the price of these mirrors.
Bridge told me these would retail for around 5 USD.

    Last but not least.
    LW PBS cubes.
I will be experimenting with these.
There are numerous PL members using these cubes successfully.
Use the search function for more info…

Coatings on the cubes show no flaws.
These where extremely fun to photograph in the studio!!!!!
The cubes reflected the Highpower flashes in strange patterns and colors.
Maybe it’s the coating reacting with the xenontubes.

    More to come....

ps: for the LASERWAVE dealers.... please contact bridge for the usage of these pictures. copyrights are transferred to the laserwave company. He can supply you with highresolution photo's.

The 25mm versions were introduced 1 week after i ordered the 15mm dichro's
I don't have the correct info.
Maybe bridge or one of the dealers can inform us.

I use a canon 30D and within 8 weeks i will be working with the 5DmkII.
But don't forget... it is not the camera that takes the picture..

It is like asking a writer what pen he uses... :-)

well they are the exact same, the dichro mounts are the same size but the holes are cut out bigger.

and of course there is a little price increase.

what i meant was to bad you dont have the 25mm dichros and mounts to take pictures of because these look GREAT!

i would post pictures of the 25mm mounts but dont wanna cramp your thread with lesser quality pictures
