    To be honest, I had higher expectations, I was hoping for nearer the £300 mark. This was based on conversations with others much more knowledgeable than me about these things

    BUT, Ebay always tends to show a true value of worth. If there had only being a couple of people watching I would have felt it could have done better. But with 28 watching it, if it had been worth more it would have fetched more.

    Overall, i'm happy for the guy who's bought it. I think he's got a bargain and i'm sure he'll be delighted with it. I know one thing for sure, there'll never be a better one come up for sale.

    Well done, I think you got a good price, and I think your buyer will find, as you say, 'there'll never be a better one come up for sale'.

    I've always found that the best Ebay deals are where both parties feel they got something good out of the sale - you get some space and a couple of hundred quid, your buyer gets an interesting chunk of vintage electronics to play with - winners all round, I think!
