    Default Pasta Shotter (Spaghetti Live)

Well thats what im calling it, ill wait for Gary to give it a real name..

    The idea is simple.

    GOAL:
to create a free program for displaying ILDA files interactively and on command (similar to a soundboard or the functionality of moncha)

Gary has already done most of the work.

In Spaghetti there is a mini version of this displayed on the right hand side.

on mouse over the files play, when clicked they load...

with a little work, that could become the base for the entire program.

I have it all in my head if anyone wants to have a chat about it... (especialy carmangary).....

You're right, that would be a very quick and easy way to create a live player. I would just need to connect all of the existing pieces together in a different way. It would be a very crude live player but might still be fun to mess around with until something better comes along.

I'm interested in hearing any ideas you have so lay them on me.

Well there is nothing set in stone But...

I spoke to gary on tha phone tonight and went over the idea and he agrees that this is a prety simple endevor to accomplish.

He was gratious enough to let me name it (pasta shooter). We kinda fleshed out a basic interface but its all up to him now cuz he is the actual code monkey here...

I'm excited and he sounded prety amicable so I guess we can all wait with baited breath for an initial beta...

We'll see how it goes. I want to keep most of my focus on Spaghetti but I think I can whip something up with minimal effort to toy around with.

I need to check out the LFI Player thing that DrLava mentioned. It doesn't make sense to work on a live player if there is already something out there that is free and better.
