Blimey !
The shops have all their Krimbo gear out and now it's getting an airing on PL !!
Whatever happened to Halloween and Guy Fawkes night?
Yes!
Thanks!

Halloween aint really a big event here in AU, in the shops, they have all the christmas stuff out, and basically a few little masks for halloween. I dont have a christmas tree yet, I was thinking a laser one on my garage door would look pretty neat
Nice frames!
Nice work badger! Already had at look at those files, blanking paths need optimization.
Here's a Homer I just found & traced...
i will sot blanking paths out when i get some time
and i have only got the fb3 software to do it with so i wont be able to save as ild after i have edited them unless anybody know where i can find any free software to edit and optomise the frames
i will do a load more in the week and post them next week
You can optimize with following programs:
a) Anarchy (not free, good blanking path optimization but removes vertices from the border of the frames)
b) Draw3D (not free but should be included with FB3, can only optimize the selected frame, not all frames at once. I wrote Alexey about this and he told me he put it on his todo-list, can save output als ILDA (at least my QM2000 version can, don't know if FB3 version does that. if not, feel free to post your .lpc files for testing)
c) Sergey's Optimizator (Free on ildaswap-ftp, can reduce vertices but no blanking path optimization)
d) LaserBoy (can do a lot, but nobody knows exactly what. can reorder segments (beampath optimization, can interpolate blanking lines in another step, etc.) I had trouble loading LB-optimized frames back into Draw3D, laseroutput was jammed and scanners made dangerous sounds.
Important thing is that blanking lines MUST be interpolated too, otherwise there are big jumps that don't seem to be good for the scanners.
If I said something wrong please feel free to correct me.
Still learning...
I attached a all-in-one file with some of your frames, optimized in Draw3D.

thanks for the file (all except the ugly ones) did some not turn out so good
hope to find time to colour them this week and make some more pretty one's
i need to get my projector running then i can test them before posting them hoping to have a red laser next week then i can put the pj back together again and play
Yay, more frames!
