that is a very dangerous and unreliable piece of equipment. you should send it to be for further analysis.
if the lasers are acting up, it is most likely due to lost tec gnomes.
most good lasers need tec gnomes to run properly.

yikes, I'd hate to align that in the far field, no Y axis on the dichro mounts. OUCH!

I'm thinking of ripping all this garbage out and use the case and the base for something good. Assembling is actually very good but parts....OMG. Also dichros and their mounts will have to go as well. Red is acting up no mater what. I totally disconnected TEC and Temp sensors. Still after exactly the same 2 minutes it shuts off. All laser modules were made by Lion-Lasers. I would very recomend to stay away from those guys.
