Newbie needs help finding a program

Hello, looking for a program that will let me create word ILDA files (Ie Nappy Birthday glen, Happy New Years etc)

LaserBoy does!

And it's free.

It also lets you convert text to vector art.

But, I really need to simplify that part of the app.

Duh, Good point... I missed that and was just thinking about easily created text with lots of effects.
