This might help me too. I don't have blanking right now anyway.

Try turning show blanking points / lines to on..
Then "paint" them , say white with the paint brush / roller tool.

You will find some information on this process in Adam's article on scanner tuning here on PL.

    Cheers

    LivePRO Ray, not LD2000.....

Why do you want to turn blanking off Andy? Probably not a good idea TBH, unless its for scanner tuning or such...

    Hi Andy

If you play an abstract using the high power pallette I think that should do the trick.

    Cool

More specifically, if you select a circular abstract that is all white and reduce the size to zero, you'll get a continuous beam at max power, even in LivePro.

    Hi Adam

You would only need to do that if you wanted to measure the combined white light at the aperture of the projector using a thermopile head.

I think Andy is wanting to measure the power of each of his lasers individually, so what shape is scanning is pretty irrelevant (I think ). Having said that I agree that it would be better to choose an all white abstract.

On a different note, that little timer circuit is great

    Cheers
