    No, what will happen is you will need to file the same paperwork professionals have to do to import a laser. And wait , and wait, and wait............

    A varience app in the US can be as long as 3-6 months. The importation forms usually run a bit quicker.

    So you buy from a stocking distributer who has done the paperwork, import a quality laser that meets CDRH/IEC/Trading Standards and the price goes way up.

    think of it this way, that will make your work more artistic when the cheap club systems for 200-300$ go away from diode/scanner mortality.
