    Rob (Stanwax) here on PL is a UK distributor for Laser-Wave and has supplied equipment to people in Europe. Rob is a great guy to deal with and very helpful.

    if you look around on the laser-wave site (http://www.laser-wave.com) you can find distributors for your region. If there isn't one, you can probably order from Bridge directly.

    OK, so apparently the heatsink can be had from z-bolt.com, though I can't find it on the site.

    Let me know if you guys have any success looking for it. I'll mail a picture to the site admin tommorrow and see if they can shed some (coherent) light on the subject.
