Default Best lower end laser software???

I am about to build a 3 watt rgb laser.
I need software and dac to control my 6800 scanners and DPSS lasers.
I am not a computer wizz so I need a program that is relativley easy and could control multiple lasers in the future.

    Mamba Black...?
    LA Freak...?
    Others...?

I would say, Pangolin FB3 to start with (now in a nice housing so just buy, wait, plug and play!). LiveQuick software is great for testing and doing simple liveshows. LivePro license can be bought if you're going to do "bigger" liveshows where you need more hands-on-control.

LAstudio software is for free with the FB3 so you can make timeline-shows and play them back (are some shows with the FB3 for free!).

I'd recommend going to Pangolin's order page. Most people here bought their Pangolin products direct.

That would be most people of an American persuasion would it?

Pangolin prefer folks to buy their gear from local dealers (it's why they have 'em after all) so it really depends on the location of the OP.

When I approached Pangolin directly I was steered down this path.

So we should look at Wal-Mart or Target for laser stuff?

    That'd be neat.

    ALSO -

A major upgrade for the LiveQUICK software is under development for the FB3, and should be available for FREE, to all registered Pangolin FB3 users, in the very near future! A reliable source indicated the new version will have many of the same features as LivePRO...

Probably won't be able to get it at Walmart or Target, though...
