Default LA Studio Showrider and Beat Matching

Ok i need to know how to do a proper beatmatching using showrider.
I know i can enter the correct bpm value in the properties of the show, so when i will edit the sequencer i'll find the beat markers placed exactly on audio beats.
What is the function of the auto align?
And how the sync options works? i think i'll use an audio file or a sync with winamp.

And if someone have any tips to use this feature, it would be nice

Are you intending to beatmatch to live music? If so, I'm not sure LAStudio can do that per se. (as far as I know anyway)

If it can, I'd live to know how as beatmatching was a feature I thought I didn't have until I recently got LivePRO.

Not to Live music... i mean beatmatching when designing a show in showrider, so i can have the visual markers matching the beats of audio file.
