I don't know about that, Bill. There are quite a few Laser Enthusiast Meeting attendees her in the US that would beg to differ with your assertation that you are the "worst" in customer service. You've gone *way* out of your way to support us with these meets. (Your record stands at 6 out of 6 for the US LEM's, by the way.)

I'm sure everyone appreciates all the assistance you've provided us. (And I also know of more than a few happy PL members that found something nice in their C-mas stocking, courtesy of the special C-mas pricing deals that you offered this year!) So take some credit already!

And Mike - now that you've got your LD-2000, it's all over dude. Your head will be buzzing with excitement for at least a month or two. (Mine is still buzzing, and it's been a year and a half!)

I suggest you watch the tutorial DVD while you have Pangolin up and running on a separate computer. That way you can pause the DVD and play around with the interface a bit before you continue. It makes it easier to get the hang of things. (Well, I think it does anyway.) You know where to post if you have questions!

    Buffo,

I would also agree Bill is a great help, even when he is rushing around at the 11 hour working on another project he took time our of his very busy day to help me get Pangoed. Now I just waiting for a little box with a lot of potential fun inside.

Did you use the "Contact" link on their web site, or different address?

Not hearing back from them is very unusual...

Yeah the dvd is verry helpfull when fist setting up!!! is really nice.
A livePRO dvd would be even more helpfull..

when you start playing with the livepro demo your head will begin to spinn..
thats one serious program with alot of options.... you really need someone to show you how to use it properly.

    oh yeah..

BILL is an evil evil man!!!!
I sold my soul to him .... now i'm a PANGO zombie :-)

    pangotory

In Laser Pangolin doctrine, the condition of those who have died in a
state of grace but have not been purged of other software.
These remaining programs include unforgiven venial brand X or forgiven
mortal brand Y. Souls burdened by such other brand must be purified
before entering laserheaven. The pangochurch also teaches that souls in
pangotory may be aided by efforts of the living faithful through live
players, asswhoopings, innovative new designs, and other works. The
existence of pagotory has been denied as unbiblical by Protestant
churches (we all know who) and most Eastern firebird churches.

    Dude!!

Yeah, LivePRO is intense!! I read somewhere (one of the help files, I think?) where it could take up to 40 hours to REALLY learn all the capbilities of the software!! I'm with you on the head spinning - and I'm just getting started with it!!

If you ever get the chance to hook up with UncleWorm (Francesco), I recommmend jumping at the chance - he performed an "off the cuff" demonstration of LivePRO using his touch-screen laptop and three of our projectors at SELEM. The the result was phenomenal!! He would probably be a great teacher for the LivePRO inner workings!!

Yeah, they really do need to change that on their website. Bill has been telling people to use the contact form, but that old e-mail address can still be found in a couple places.

Use this contact form to send a message to Bill Benner. Mention that you tried contacting him earlier, but used the wrong e-mail address. Maybe he'll grant you a special extension of the special C-mas pricing. (Can't hurt to try!)
