    sorry if this reply off topic.
    almost one year passed, here still hadn't any news from Marconi about the blue lasers.
    during that days(about one year ago), I am just newbie in PL forums, if things can again, Adam sure is one of the best ruputation one to do some test.
    best regards!

    Buffo:

    Glad to hear that you're doing alright, you had us worried there for a minute.
    if it is a pinched nerve, and they want to proceed with surgery, you may want to look into laser surgery. I know that they can do it for some back problems, and I think pinched nerves is one of the things they treat.

    this of course would be only if surgery was necessary.

    glad you're back and feeling better regardless, the place wasn't the same without ya.

    Bridge, Adam does have a good reputation here and so did marconi. But i will tell you this, if adam and you agree to it and Adam for whatever reason falls off the face of the earth. I will personally give you the money to pay for the loss, thats how much I put my trust in Adam.

    Thanks for all the support guys!

    300 Evil, The "hover-round" chair with the tank treads and arm-rest-mounted lasers is priceless. All I could think of is "Timmay!" (from South Park, for those of you that never saw the show.) And Marc, I'd love to see that Lexel 95 mounted on a pole, but how on earth would I power it? (Still, it would be great to be able to light cigars from a distance, right from the chair!)

    Hopefully that thing won't be required any time soon.

    Paul - re the title to the Jeep. Dude, do you really want it? That thing has cost me more money in repairs than I paid for it! (And always when I'm in Florida it seems!) Guess the old heap is a little tired (243,000 miles and 15 years of use will do that to a vehicle), but I really can't get rid of it just yet... Sigh.

    Mr coffee; I think the particular surgery they're talking about for me would be done the old fashioned way, with a scalpel. But I'll ask about the laser surgery too, just in case. (Hopefully I won't have to go that route though!)

    Johnathan; I didn't have any hot nurses, but the woman running the MRI was pretty cute. Of course, when you're wearing one of those "one size fits no-one" hospital gowns, there's no way you're going to impress anyone. Not that I was interested in that anyway. I just wanted them to fix my pain. (which they did...)

    Dream Beamz: Thanks for the vote of confidence. I'd be happy to undertake a long-term laser test for Bridge. But it would have to wait until after the holidays. I've just got too much on my plate right now.

    But yeah, if that is an option for 2009, I'd be up for it - assuming that Bridge is thinking about doing another test, that is.

    Hi Ollie;

    Actually, I haven't touched my lasers, and I don't think I'll be messing with them for at least a week. My back still hurts from the spinal needle that they stuck me with. I've just been sitting around and catching up on things. Will probably take it easy for the entire weekend at least!

    Still, it's good to be home. And really nice to sleep in my own bed for a change! The lasers will keep...

    Marc;

    I indeed did see the singing nurse. I'm still wiping up the barf from the floor! Thanks for the laughs buddy.

    As for the unauthorized absence - sorry dude. I *did* have my laptop after the second day, but the hospital didn't have wifi.

    And Philip, believe me, it's good to be back! Hospitals really suck... Hope I never have to go back.
